A Barbecue Adventure with Obstacles

It started off so well: midsummer temperatures, a South Seas vibe, cool drinks, and laid-back music. The perfect Friday night for the traditional Sistag Barbecue. But while our crew was kicking off the weekend with a Sistag Signature Drink in hand, dark clouds were gathering in the sky. Within minutes, a full-blown tropical storm rolled in, sweeping string lights and balloons to the ground and driving the Sistag team under the protective canopy of the warehouse.

Fortunately, problem-solving is in our blood. It’s no coincidence that “adaptable” is prominently displayed on the wall of our production building as one of Sistag’s core values. In record time, tables and benches were carried into the shipping hall, pallets were rearranged, the bar and buffet were set up again, and the grills were moved to dry ground.

What can we say: In the end, it was another perfect Sistag event.
