Training is the future – for the trainees and the company. It’s a concept that enhances skills and underpins our success, and has done so for decades.
Who we are and what we offer
An apprenticeship with us will open doors for you – in Switzerland and abroad. After the apprenticeship, you could go on to study for the Swiss vocational school-leaving certificate, pursue further education at a technical college, or do a degree.
Apprentices are an integral part of our team. You learn from real customer orders, take on interesting tasks, and put your experience to good use.
Our trainers will support you in any way they can – even though you work very independently while you’re with us.
We work as a team. Mistakes are an important step, enabling us to learn and celebrate success together.
We are always developing – not only our products, but also our working methods. Through weekly feedback and close collaboration with our staff, we jointly develop processes that guide our development.
