Apprenticeship advertisement - positive feedback for Sistag
When evaluating the Sistag apprenticeship advertisements, the young people praised the "clear layout" and "defined contact persons". The photos from the Sistag production also scored: "You get the feeling that they show how it really is," was the assessment. What the group did not like so much was that sometimes too much information was packed into the ad.
Honest and neutral feedback like this is incredibly helpful for us and is already being implemented. Fortunately, we have already been able to fill some apprenticeships for 2023, "but we would like to hire one or two more apprentices," says Daniel Langenegger, Head of Human Resources at Sistag in the interview. Together with employees from Marketing and a group of apprentices, he has put together a project team to further promote the recruitment of young talent at Sistag.
