Quality in 3D

Our products demand precision. Using state-of-the-art 3D scanning technology, our quality team puts the individual components for our knife gate valves through their paces. This happens both before machining, when the castings arrive fresh from the foundry, and after machining on our CNC milling machines. The scanner measures all surfaces with an accuracy of a few micrometers and uses this data to create a 3D model in real time, which is then compared with the CAD data from our engineering team. If the deviations do not meet the official tolerance values, the parts are reworked. This is how we ensure that our valves meet the high standards of precision and quality that we demand for our customers.
