Industry gathering for the water and wastewater sector
What an event! This year’s Dresden Wastewater Conference was once again a real highlight for us.
There was plenty of activity at our booth: many engaging conversations, new contacts, and interest in our wastewater solutions. Our Sistag team experienced a mix of brief exchanges, in-depth technical discussions, and a great deal of curiosity from the industry.
The conference program also had a lot to offer. It kicked off with a high-level discussion on the new Municipal Wastewater Directive (KARL) and the big questions facing the industry—from regulation to climate adaptation. After that, things got really hands-on: from innovative technologies and international trace substances to digitalization and cybersecurity. A real highlight was the “SpeeDATing” session with concise short presentations and fresh ideas.
